JAZZ.FM91 Musician's Benevolent Fund

The JAZZ.FM91 Musician's Benevolent Fund is available to Jazz musicians in need of short term financial assistance, due to unforeseen emergency circumstances such as illness, injury, severe personal or financial hardship.  We are dedicated to supporting a thriving culture and recognize that occasionally, members of our community find themselves in crisis.

Applicants for the Benevolent Fund must be Jazz musicians who are undergoing severe emergency circumstances.

“Emergency circumstances” will be considered if they have led to a major hindrance on an applicant’s ability to work, for a potentially significant duration, which can be demonstrated or practically explained in their submission for support.

The Musician’s Benevolent fund is available in amounts ranging from $500 to $2000, depending on relative financial need.
